Peach Mango Salsa

Recipe courtesy of my husband, who I wish had the time to cook more often!

3 small peaches, diced
1 large mango, diced
1/2 med. red onion, diced
1/2 large jalepeno, seeded, diced
3 Tbsp. chopped cilantro
1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
1 tsp. kosher salt

Mix and refrigerate. Enjoy!

If you manage not to eat all of this with chips before dinner, it's wonderful atop grilled salmon, too!
